FAQ

Do you have a shop? 
- We don’t, we design and make every piece of jewellery and then it gets sent out fully insured. We believe this gives us more time to focus on creating beautiful pieces and giving you better service. 

How does your bespoke service work? 
- Simply fill in an online form to start the process. Once a design and budget has been chosen, we will find the best stone(s). A 50% deposit is then required for the making to start! 
- Upon completion, we will send you videos and pictures of your jewellery. The other 50% of the price will need to be settled before sending the jewellery out to be delivered. Fill in a form to get started!

How does your jewellery repair service work? 
- Simply fill out an online form to get started. Once the work required has been discussed, you can send in or drop off your jewellery for us to complete. 
- Upon completion, We will drop off or post out your jewellery fully insured. 

How do I know my finger size? 
- All the rings made at James Martin Jewellery are to UK ring sizes. 
- To find your ring size, you can order a ring sizer off the website and let us know. Alternatively you can head down to your local jeweller and ask them to size your finger. 


What’s your delivery policy? 
Stock items 
- These will be despatched within 1 -2 working days of receiving the order via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature. Once despatched, it will arrive in 2-3 business days, tracked and requires a signature. 

Made to order items 
925 Silver items -
- Please allow 14 days from the purchase for your item to be made. It will then be sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature. Once despatched, it will arrive in 2-3 business days, tracked and requires a signature. 
Gold items - 
- Please allow 3 weeks from the purchase date for your item to be made and hallmarked. It will then be sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature. Once despatched, it will arrive in 2-3 business days, tracked and requires a signature.

Bespoke Items 
- Please allow 6 weeks for your bespoke item to be crafted. Once finished it will be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM. 

What’s your returns policy? 
Returns
- Returns will not be accepted unless faulty.  In the unfortunate event that an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a refund or replacement. 
Refunds
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Exceptions
- The following items cannot be returned: Earrings
